Join us for Municipal Day, a dynamic on-campus event designed to connect municipalities with talented students seeking co-op and summer opportunities. This is your opportunity to showcase what makes your municipality a great place to work, while engaging with the next generation of public service professionals.

Set-up: 11:00 am-11:30 am

Why Participate?

  • Network with enthusiastic students eager to learn about careers in municipal government.
  • Promote your summer job opportunities and organizational culture.
  • Conduct mock interviews (3-4 questions) to help students build confidence-and maybe even discover your next great hire!
  • No cost to attend - our way of saying thank you for supporting student development.

We're welcoming up to 6 municipalities to campus. Each will have space for up to 4 staff members and 2 tables to interact with students. You'll have the chance to:

  • Share insights with small groups
  • Conduct mini mock interviews 
  • Optionally invite standout students for full interviews later on

Mock interviews are a low-pressure, high-impact way to support students while gaining exposure to emerging talent.
