The Experience Guelph Job Fair will be hosted on two days. Choose to attend one or both days!
Date: Tuesday, February 10, 2026
Set-up Time: 11:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Event Time: 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Location: University Centre, Courtyard, University of Guelph

Register to attend one or both days! Note: Registration for each day is separate. If you are wanting to attend both days, you must complete two registrations (one for each day).
Registration Details:
Opportunity to meet face-to-face with students from all year levels, including graduating and co-op students.
Promotion of your organization on marketing materials and social media.
Standard five-foot table including tablecloth.

Parking on campus
Registration Cost:
Regular $350 + HST ($395.50) - includes 2 representatives
Electrical - $375 + HST ($423.75) - includes 2 representatives
Premium booth location $400 + HST ($452) - only 3 available
Premium booth with Electrical $425+ HST ($480.25) - only 3 available
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received before 4:00 p.m. on Monday, February 2, 2026, will be issued a full refund, less a $40 administrative fee.
Cancellations received after 4:00 p.m. on Monday, February 2, 2026, will not be refunded.
