Set-up Time: 11:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Event Time: 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Location: Wassamowin, Atrium of Summerlee Science Complex, University of Guelph
Registration Details:
Opportunity to meet face-to-face with students from all year levels, including graduating and co-op students.
Promotion of your organization on marketing materials and social media.
Standard five-foot table including tablecloth.
Includes 2 representatives.
Parking on campus.
Registration Cost:
Regular $350 + HST ($395.50) - includes 2 representatives
Electrical $375 + HST ($423.75) - includes 2 representatives
Premium booth location $400 + HST ($452) - only 2 available
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received before 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, will be issued a full refund, less a $40 administrative fee.
Cancellations received after 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, will not be refunded.
