Join us to network with students graduating this spring as they look to start their next chapter, using this exclusive event network to meet and recruit U of G's newest graduates.

This event is exclusive to New Graduating Students. 

The New Grad Job Fair will be held alongside Grad Launch, an event designed for over 6,000 graduating U of G students. This event provides valuable resources to help students prepare for graduation.

Date: Monday, March 9, 2026
Set-up Time: 11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Event Time: 12:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Location: Peter Clark Hall, University Centre Lower Level, University of Guelph

Registration Details:
Opportunity to meet face-to-face with Graduating students.
Promotion of your organization on marketing materials and social media. 
Standard five-foot table including tablecloth.
Includes 2 representatives.


Registration Cost:
 

Standard table $350 + HST ($395.50) - includes 2 representatives
Electrical - $375 + HST ($423.75) - includes 2 representatives

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received before 4:00 p.m. on Monday, March 2, 2026, will be issued a full refund, less a $40 administrative fee.
Cancellations received after 4:00 p.m. on Monday, March 2, 2026, will not be refunded.
