Forgot Password

Resetting your password is a two step process. Please follow the instructions below.

Step 1. Email reset password link.

Please enter your username (E.g. UofG email, non UofG email, firstname.lastname, etc.) below and click on "Email Reset Password Link". If the username exists, a link will be sent to the email address associated with your account. If you do not receive the email or have any issues with resetting your password, please contact expgsupport@uoguelph.ca. Note: Current students must visit uoguelph.ca/ccs to change their central login ID account password.
